Our house is for sale! We are being adventuresome and moving around the corner. Boyd and Carma Israelsen's home has always caught our eye and we've had an informal agreement with them for years that whenever they were ready to move, they would call us first. So they called us a couple of weeks before Christmas, just as we were finishing a major front yard remodel. Bad timing. Their house is a little bigger than ours; off our soon-to-be-more-busy street (new neighborhood being constructed a few blocks up); and best of all, though it has been immaculately maintained, it has not been updated yet.
