My good friend, Mimi, came down from Washington to take her daughter to BYU Soccer Camp. I met her in Provo and we shopped, ate good food, and hiked the "Y" (picture is from bottom of trail).
Mimi and I met at the Oak Harbor, WA, library right after we moved there in 2000. We found we both taught group fitness (Mimi led killer kickboxing classes!), shared the same religion, and had kids similar ages. She welcomed me into her group of friends and helped make my year in Washington awesome!
It was so fun to get to meet her and to be able to see you too!
ReplyDeleteIt is weird that you were only there a year? I feel like we crammed a lot into the year! That was a fun year, but then again, you are a fun person. Thanks for meeting me there and for dinner, it was such a perfect day!
